| Provisional Bookings: |
A provisional booking will be offered following an enquiry, if requested, such a booking will be held for a period of one week unless a longer period is agreed. The proprietors will not guarantee the availability of accommodation after the period agreed. |

Booking: |
A Provisional Booking will be confirmed upon receipt and clearance of a deposit paid by cheque, credit/debit card or cash. |
| Deposits: |
A minimum deposit of £25 per person or 10% of the booking value is requested to secure a booking. |
| Cancellations: |
When cancelled rooms cannot be re-let a charge of 2/3rds will be made less deposit received. Every effort will be made to re let rooms but no guarantees on liabilities can be given as cancellations are invariably made at very short notice. |
| Insurance: |
All Guests are strongly recommended to take out appropriate cancellation insurance as a precaution against unforeseen eventualities. Information on such Insurance is enclosed but such insurance is inexpensive and widely available. |
| Room
Availability: |
Rooms will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, however, we will always endeavour to enable guests’ access to their rooms as early as possible. Please discuss your specific needs in advance of your arrival. Guests’ are asked to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the morning of their departure. Personal baggage and belongings may be temporarily left in the care of the hotel on the day of departure if requested. |

A strict no smoking policy is operated in all areas of the hotel. |
| Left
Property: |
Personal property left behind will be safely held pending instruction, such property will only be forwarded at the owner’s expense. Unclaimed property will be disposed of after a period of three months. |
